The San Antonio Medical Group Management Association is an active group comprised of practice administrators and leadership from across San Antonio. They recently invited Michal to be the keynote speaker at a monthly meeting on the topic of Patient Experience versus Patient Engagement. Michal discussed the nuance of patient engagement and provided tactics for before, during and after the patient visit.
