Michal Waechter earned her Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Texas State University and has more than a decade of experience in the San Antonio market. She specializes in business development and has diverse experience in strategy, program execution, operational improvement, physician outreach, brand positioning and consumer engagement. In addition to her professional obligations, Michal serves on several non-profit boards and enjoys traveling and spending time with her three children and her husband.

Gabriela Cristan earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She brings to the team a diverse experience in medical practice administration, referral outreach strategy, digital marketing and social media management. She has an eye for detail and assists clients in growing their patient volume and optimizing their brand. She enjoys spending time with her fiancé and their two dogs.
