“Facilitating quality medical care is truly rewarding.” -Michal Waechter, MHA, FACHE Founder and CEO

Today we’d like to introduce you to Michal Waechter.

Michal, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?

I grew up in San Marcos and followed my parent’s legacy of attending Southwest Texas State University. After graduating with my Bachelors in Health Information Management, the University changed its name to Texas State University before I earned my Masters of Science in Healthcare Administration. Though SWT is in my blood, I’ve embraced Texas State as the new name. I moved to San Antonio and embarked on a 10-year career in Hospital Administration.

Starting as a Marketing Manager and promoting my way through many levels of the organization, ultimately leading the oncology service line as the Regional Director of Oncology Services for the five hospital Baptist Health System. Ownership, leadership, bureaucracy, and hierarchy changes led my heart to start a new journey in 2016. After leaving Baptist, I started a business dedicated to helping physicians optimize and grow their practices in the private sector.

Business Development is my passion and facilitating quality medical care by respected providers that exceed patient expectations is truly rewarding. Four years later, my business is thriving and my clients are like family.
